William C. McCormick, MBA
President & CEO


4KUS Consulting Group, Inc. was founded to provide a broad range of consulting services to clients across the country. Our consulting and implementation teams have over 25 years experience in business development, grant writing, operational management and outreach functions. 

Led by William McCormick, MBA who has extensive experience leading new start companies through growth cycles and expertise in creating market-driven and business integration initiatives. He has also directed all aspects of product and service development cycles to achieve strong market penetration and solid financial results in national markets. 

Prior to launching 4KUS Consulting Group, Inc., McCormick was Chief Executive Officer for Cullen Medical Supplies and Cullen Home Health Pharmacy, where he successfully led a home based business into becoming a statewide "business of the year".

In his position, he developed and aligned management and operational teams to improve business performance, built and mentored the sales and marketing teams, and transitioned the company from a new start into a well respected healthcare provider with nine consecutive years of impressive growth and profitability.


Robert Branch, Sr Vice President

Grants & Contract Division


The primary goal of effective grantsmanship is securing funds for customers to conduct worthy projects.  Robert Branch, Senior Vice President of the Grants and Contracts Division has over 25 years of experience in securing grant funds for customers totaling over $120 million.  He has achieved this success by working 19 years as a grant specialist and planner at a large school district and 6 years as a grant developer at a higher education institution. 

 

His funded projects have included a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art building, dropout prevention programs, tutorial programs, health center enhancement programs, and county-wide multiple services projects. His specific skills include identifying sources of external support and assisting customers by coordinating the planning and development of grant proposals; writing and editing; and initiating a quality-control process that assured that all requirements  are met, including legal, ethical, and traditional processes. 


Mr. Branch has also taught grantsmanship for 15 years and throughout his career people from all areas of the country have sought his expertise to secure grant through  workshops and seminars.
